Belgian brewers join De Warmste Week to fight against loneliness

The Belgian brewers will also join the fight against loneliness as part of De Warmste Week with Studio Brussel and MNM. On Sunday, December 1, 2024, no fewer than 28 breweries will open their doors to introduce the public to the craftsmanship behind Belgium's rich beer culture. All proceeds from the entrance tickets sold at the breweries will go to the DWW fund.

By organizing this event, Belgian brewers want to once again highlight their social role in our society. Belgian beer has been bringing people together for centuries—friends, family, and even those who have yet to meet. Whether it's at a café, restaurant, at home, or in the brewery itself, Belgian beer is present in every city or town, supporting local social, cultural, and sporting life. This unifying character is what makes our Belgian beer culture, recognized by UNESCO, so unique in the world.

Specifically, on Sunday, December 1, 2024, no fewer than 28 breweries will open their doors at the same price. An entrance ticket will cost €10 everywhere, and all proceeds will go entirely to charity. Visitors will be able to register in advance at the brewery or breweries they wish to visit.

Visit the brewery on Sunday, December 1, 2024, discover the history, ingredients, and brewing process of Duvel, and support a good cause at the same time!
